Police Seek Suspect Caught Peeking In Parked Cars At Westchester School Police are investigating a suspicious suspect who was spotted peeking into several cars at a Westchester music school. The building maintenance manager at the school reported to police shortly before 6:45 p.m.on Tuesday, July 10 that he saw a suspect, described as a 5-foot-1 Hispanic man with black hair and a medium build, peering into a pair of parked cars in the parking lot of the Hoff-Barthelson Music School in Scarsdale. The suspect was reportedly wearing a light colored shirt, khaki pants and work boots when he was approached by the maintenance manager. When approached, police say that…
