Enjoying A Morning Stroll: Black Bear Makes Rounds In Area
It seems black bears are everywhere these days, including this one enjoying a morning stroll in Poughkeepsie. Daily Voice reader Lauren Jolly snapped this shot of the bear cruising through his neighbor's yard on Casper Creek Road early Thursday morning. He, or she, didn't seem interested in visiting and just moved along. Of course, never approach a black bear and don't keep food or birdseed in your yard to attract them.
