Details Emerge On Serious Three-Vehicle Crash That Caused Route 9 Closure Details have been released on a three-vehicle crash that caused the closure of a stretch of Route 9 late Sunday afternoon in Poughkeepsie. The crash, reported shortly before 5 p.m. p.m. on the northbound side, occurred at the intersection of Beechwood Avenue.
