Students from Yorktown don't let their academic success end when the leave the halls of the high school. The following is a list of students who have received academic honors, recognition and diplomas from their respective colleges.
John Colleluori, Gina Faustini, Alicia Lusardi, Tiffany Montesione, Emily Nullet, Michael Parlitsis, Caitlin Ptak and Brianna Vaccaro all obtained a spot on the Dean's List from Quinnipiac University this Spring.
Jamie Meyerson was named a 2011 Merrill Presidential Scholar by Cornell University. The Merrill Presidential Scholarship is given to a student who has demonstrated excellence in several fields including scholastic achievement and leadership.
Tiffany Cifone received a Bachelor Of Science In Finance, Magna Cum Laude and Robert Mazzacone received his Bachelor Of Science In Business Administration, Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University.
Carolyn Lieberman was named to dean's list at the University of Vermont.
