Police said they discovered Ginevieve R. Milar when they responded to a call of a woman passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the store's parking lot. When they arrived, they found Milar was intoxicated and sleeping.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after failing a breath test, police said.
Milar was processed at the Yorktown Police Department and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 14.
