Yorktown Man Pulled Over For Failure To Signal Charged With DWI

YORKTOWN, N. Y. – Robert J. Perry, 58, of Yorktown Heights was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 18, police said.

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks stopped the vehicle Perry was operating for speeding and making a lane change without using a directional, according to reports.

Perry was released on summonses following a court appearance.
