Yorktown's Support Connection Extends Hours For Cancer Walk

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Support Connection Inc. will hold extended hours leading toward its annual cancer walk on Sunday, Oct. 4.

People from across the tristate area come to FDR Park in Yorktown Heights each year to be part of the annual Support-A-Walk for Breast And Ovarian Cancer.

Support Connection will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays through Sept. 18. From Sept. 21 through Oct. 2, Support Connection will be open from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26.

The Support-A-Walk will take place Oct. 4 at Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park.
