Chef Tom Costello , a Yorktown resident who grew up in Putnam Valley, spent years launching restaurants nationwide with such acclaimed restauranteurs as Drew Nieporent, Drew Parker and Ken Artesky, but wanted to come "home."
His goal was to create a neighborhood-driven, seasonal American restaurant. When diagnosed with Celiac Disease two years ago, Costello changed the majority of the menu to reflect his gluten intolerance.
There are now plenty of items on the menu to accommodate those with all kinds of dietary restrictions.
