A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m.

Chris, and brother and business partner Mike, established Cutting Edge Unisex Salon in 2011.

Part of the days’ proceeds, as well as all proceeds from the raffles, will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a charity that both brothers feel represents something great in giving back.

“Cutting Edge is a one-stop shop where both men and women can comfortably have all their styling and relaxation needs taken care of in one place for a fraction of what our local competitors would charge. We set up our business to be very affordable due to the fact that we opened the business at a time when the economy was really bad and a lot of people were suffering hardships. We really wanted to give back and help the community, and still do," said Mike.

To celebrate throughout the day, Cutting Edge will offer 30 percent off all services and products to the public. There will also be food, drinks, free giveaways and raffles.
