Hutchinson River Parkway Drawbridge Reopens After Hours-Long Closure New update: The Hutchinson River Parkway drawbridge near the Westchester/Bronx border reopened around 7 p.m. Wednesday after a closure of around three hours led to gridlock and detoured traffic. Hutch southbound traffic in Westchester was diverted in New Rochelle to the westbound Cross County Parkway.
