Hit Shows Turn Yonkers City Hall, Train Station Into TV Sets Two popular television shows stopped by a city in Westchester to film scenes for upcoming episodes. 'We're So Proud': Animal Planet's Puppy Bowl To Feature 2 Dogs From Westchester Before settling down to watch the big game on Super Bowl Sunday, you may want to tune in to Animal Planet's Puppy Bowl, which will include paw-ticipation from two Westchester dogs. Two pups from Briarcliff Manor-based SPCA Westchester, Dallas and Melody, will make their big debuts at Puppy Bowl XX on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 2 p.m., the animal rescue organization announced.
