Those charged include: Westchester County On Friday, July 12, State Police from Brewster arrested Ismael Martinez Trinidad, 29, of North Salem, for DWI. He was traveling on Tonetta Lake Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
