Wrong-Way Taconic Parkway Driver Impaired By Drugs, In Possession Of Heroin, Police Say A 33-year-old man driving the wrong way on a stretch of the Taconic State Parkway was impaired by and in possession of drugs, state police said. Dutchess County 911 received multiple calls regarding the wrong-way driver on Monday, March 4 at approximately 11:25 p.m., state police said.
