ID Released For Victim Of Fatal I-287 Crash The man who was killed Tuesday night in a crash on I-287 has been identified. Investigation at the scene revealed the driver of a box truck, John P. Riofrio, 48, of New York City, was traveling eastbound on I-287 when he collided with another vehicle at around 7:33 p.m. between Exits 9A and 10 in Harrison on the eastbound side, state police said.
