What qualifies you to be a state Supreme Court justice?

My 44 years of experience representing clients as a practicing trial lawyer on civil and criminal cases in New York state and federal courts and as an appellate lawyer before our Appellate Division and the New York Court of Appeals combined with my broad experience in public service and as a full-time sitting judge has prepared me well to continue my service as a Supreme Court justice.

I have been interviewed and screened by the Governor’s Committee on Judicial Appointments, the New York State Independent Judicial Election Qualification Committee and the various bar associations in Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam and Orange counties and have been found to meet their highest qualification rating.

Why should people vote for you?

As set forth, no one is better qualified to serve them as a justice of their state Supreme Court.
