YONKERS, N.Y. – Angela Berni, of Yonkers, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, after a seven-year battle with breast cancer. She was 55.
She was born Aug. 25, 1959, to Mike and Patricia (nee Connelly) Gizzi in Philadelphia.
Berni is survived by her parents; her husband, John; their three sons, Anthony, Matthew and Adam; her brother, Michael and wife Marylee; and numerous relatives and friends.
Visiting hours are Friday, Feb. 27, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at Flynn Memorial Home on Central Park Avenue.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Eugene's Church, 707 Tuckahoe Road, Yonkers, on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
