1 Killed, 2 Injured In Yonkers Car Crash

YONKERS, N.Y. -- One person was killed and two were seriously injured in a car accident in southwest Yonkers on Sunday Oct. 20, according to LoHud.com.

The accident occurred at approximately 5:13 p.m. near Riverdale and Franklin avenues. One victim was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. The other two were taken to St. Joseph's Medical Center and the other to St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, according to LoHud.com.

Yonkers Police, who are still investigating the two-car accident, are expected to release more information later on Monday, Oct. 21, according to LoHud.com.
