Police: Father Charged With DWI After Dropping Off Daughters At School A 34-year-old father was driving drunk at more than twice the legal limit after dropping his two small daughters off at a school in Northern Westchester, police said. Thomas Fazio was arrested around 9 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 4, after a school staff member informed Daniel Curtis, the Yorktown Police School Resource Officer at George Washington Elementary School in Mohegan Lake, that a man had just dropped off his children and appeared to be intoxicated, said Yorktown Police.
