'Suspicious' Westchester Driver ID'd As Student Who Lives In Community This story has been updated. Tarrytown Police have found the car and driver wanted in association with a suspicious incident involving a 10-year-old boy on his way to school. The incident took place around 8:10 a.m. Tuesday when the boy, who attends Main Street School in Irvington, was standing near the corner of Meadow Street and Millbrook Avenue off Route 119 in Tarrytown waiting for his school bus.
