Westchester Pair Nabbed In Theft Of Cooking Oil For Sale On Black Market Two Westchester men were nabbed in Fairfield County stealing cooking oil to sell on the black market where it is turned into biofuel.  The arrest took place around 4:53 a.m. Tuesday after Stamford Police received a complaint of two men stealing used cooking oil from 184 Summer St., said Lt. Michael A. Noto.
