A dentist in Westchester is facing charges after allegedly practicing and performing dental surgeries without a license, officials said. The dentist, identified as Queens resident Cesar Masso, age 78, was arraigned on Thursday, March 16 for allegedly practicing without a license out of a storefront in in White Plains set up as East Post Dental at 169 Grand St., according to the Westchester County District Attorney's Office. Storm Bringing Mix Of Freezing Rain, Sleet, Snow Causing Hazardous Travel Conditions
Winter Weather Advisories have been expanded as a storm system bringing a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain is causing hazardous travel conditions and has led to many delayed school starts and closures in the region. The advisories now include Long Island and Queens, where they are in effect until 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, along with southern Westchester and coastal Connecticut.
