22-Year-Old Woman Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Minor In Hudson Valley
A Hudson Valley woman has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor under the age of 13. Dutchess County resident Michelle Betley, age 22, of Hyde Park, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 17 for predatory sexual assault against a child, a felony, said Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police. An investigation by the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation determined Betley engaged in predatory sexual assault against a victim under the age of thirteen, Hicks said. Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Juvenile Victims At Daycare/Foster Care Homes
A Hudson Valley man has been arrested for allegedly sexually multiple juvenile victims at daycare and in foster homes. Orange County resident John Olson, age 59, of the town of Warwick, was charged while incarcerated at the Delaware County Jail. An exact date of his arrest was not provided. The incidents are alleged to have occurred at a daycare/foster care home in the town of Warwick in Orange County and the town of Andes in Delaware County, the New York State Police said. 21-Year-Old From Hudson Valley Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child
A Hudson Valley man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child under 11. Orange County resident Cormega Berkley, age 21, was arrested on Monday, April 4, in Newburgh by New York State Police. Berkley, of the city of Newburgh, was arrested after allegations arose about his allegedly having sexually assaulted the child, said Trooper Steven Nevel. A joint investigation by the Orange County Child Abuse Unit led to Berkley's arrest, Nevel said. He was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child and remanded to the Orange County Jail.

Hudson Valley Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Child
A Hudson Valley man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child following an investigation by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office. Christopher McGhee, 34, of the Town of North East, was arrested for having sexual contact with a child that is known to him, according to Capt. John Watterson. McGhee was taken into custody at his home without incident and charged with one count of felony predatory sexual assault, Watterson said. He is being held without bail at the Dutchess County Jail.
