Pair Nabbed With Loaded Pistol, Cocaine In I-684 Stop Two men are facing felony weapon and charges after being busted by state police with cocaine and an illegally possessed handgun during a routine traffic stop on I-684 in Putnam County. New York State Police troopers on patrol at approximately 9 p.m. on April 14 conducted a traffic stop of a 2006 GMC being driven by Waterbury resident Kurtis Leduc, 36, on I-684 in Southeast for a series of vehicle and traffic law violations.
