Westchester Man Injured In Two-Vehicle Crash This story has been updated. Three people were injured during an early morning two-vehicle crash that required one to be extricated.  The crash took place around 12:20 a.m. Thursday in the area of the Duchess Restaurant on Mill Plain Road, said Danbury Fire Department Spokesman James Gagliardo. First arriving police units found three people injured with one victim entrapped in a vehicle, he said.
