Missing 17-Year-Old Girl Feared Victim Of Sex Trafficking May Be In Area, Family Says
The family of a missing 17-year-old girl from New York fears she may be the victim of sex trafficking.
Long Island resident Catherine Berger, of Baldwin, was last seen leaving Baldwin High School at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, according to Nassau County Police.
Berger has ADHD, suffers from impulse control issues, and requires medication, her family told Daily Voice. The teen may be heading upstate to meet an unknown male.
“We are concerned for her well-being and are fearing trafficking,” her aunt, Crystal Berger, said.
