Man Accused Of Exposing Himself Twice At I-87 Service Area A Long Island man has been charged with exposing himself on two occasions at a highway service area in the Hudson Valley. State Police troopers responded to the Plattekill Service Area in Ulster County for a report of a male performing a lewd act at the urinal in the restroom on Saturday, June 8 just before 4:0 p.m. A plate number was obtained from a witness and a “be on the lookout” (BOLO) was given out on the vehicle and subject involved, state police said. ID Released For Driver Of BMW Motorcycle Killed In High-Speed Westchester Crash Police have released the identity of a motorcyclist killed after being ejected from his motorcycle in a two-vehicle crash in Westchester. Juan A. Rosario-Tiburcio, 36, of Newark, New Jersey, was killed during the crash which occurred around 1:45 a.m. Saturday, June 1 on I-87 southbound in Yonkers, said New York State Police Trooper Tara L. The crash occurred around 1:45 a.m. Saturday, June 1 on southbound I-87 in Yonkers. The vehicles involved were a car and a motorcycle, said state police from the Tarrytown barracks. School Bus Crash In Ardsley Injures Two, Police Say A school bus driver and one student received minor injuries during a crash of the minibus they were traveling in on I-87 in Westchester. The crash took place around 1:53 p.m., Wednesday, May 1, on the Thruway near Ashford Avenue in Ardsley, said the New York State Police. An initial investigation showed that the bus left the roadway,  jumped the guardrail and then rolled over off the roadway, state police said.
