Bronx resident Jean Tapia, 33, has been arrested after allegedly stealing a package from a home in the Edgemont neighborhood, Greenburgh Police Sgt. Brian Matthews announced on Wednesday. Tapia was arrested this week and charged with one count of petit larceny. He has been booked at Greenburgh Police Headquarters and has since been released on bail.
