At approximately 2:20 a.m. on Sunday, April 3, a man reported to the Yorktown Police Department that he was involved in an alleged motor vehicle crash on Strawberry Road in the area of Foothill Street in Mohegan Lake. David Prieto of White Plains pleaded guilty to four counts of false reporting, all felonies, for making false bomb threats against a Greenburgh building at 660 White Plains Road between Sept. 13 and Sept. 19 last year, forcing its evacuation four times.
