Convicted Rapist Who Fled US During Trial Taken Into Custody In Westchester A visit to a deli on a red bicycle led to the arrest by Westchester County Police detectives of a man who fled from a rape trial 30 years ago. Nelson Gustavo Caceres, 51, was arrested  Friday, July 5, and remanded back to the County Jail in Valhalla after Westchester County detectives tracked him to the deli in Mount Kisco following an intensive investigation, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police. Woman Made Threats With Baseball Bat, Westchester County Police Say A woman allegedly threatened a man with a baseball bat at a Mount Kisco gas station after he reportedly almost collided at the pump, police said. Westchester County Police officers were dispatched to an East Main Street gas station shortly after 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, where there was a report of a dispute between the man and woman who had gotten into an argument. Police said that upon arrival, the man stated he had gotten into the argument after nearly colliding at the gas pump.
