Henri: Flooding Causes New Road Closure In Westchester Drenching downpours from Tropical Storm Henri have caused a new road closure in Westchester on Sunday evening, Aug. 22. The Hutchinson River Parkway is closed southbound from Hutch Boulevard to East Lincoln Avenue and northbound lanes closed from Boston Post Road to East Lincoln Avenue. The ramp from the eastbound Cross County Parkway to the Hutch is also closed.
