Traffic on a busy main route in Northern Westchester will soon be affected by a closure that will only allow traffic to pass through a single lane controlled by a temporary signal. Paul Godbee, a longtime Westchester resident and businessman, fell asleep in death on November 10, 2022. He was 84 years old.
