Concordia College To Cease Operation, Iona College To Take Over Campus, Provide Education Concordia College in Bronxville will be ceasing its operations in the fall, with Iona College acquiring its campus and providing continued education for students in Westchester through a “teach-out” plan. Patrick Federice, Child-Care Counselor In Westchester, Dies At 37 A childcare counselor in Westchester, Patrick Christopher Federice, of Pelham, died Monday, Aug. 26, at age 37. Born Feb. 24, 1982, in New Rochelle Hospital to William and Margaret, Federice was one of four children.  He was raised in Pelham where he attended Hutchinson School before graduating from Pelham Memorial High School in 2000.  Federice obtained an associate's degree in business from Westchester Community College and continued his education at Concordia College.  After graduating college, he worked as a childcare counselor for St. Christopher's in Dobbs Ferry where…
