FBI Asks Public's Help In Search For 'OMG' Westchester Fugitive The FBI Westchester County Safe Streets Task Force is asking for the public’s help in locating what it calls an OMG (Outlaw Motorcycle Gang) fugitive who agents believe may be in the Hudson Valley area. The man wanted in connection with an investigation into the Hell’s Angels gang operating in New Rochelle. Agents and US Marshals are searching for Christopher Slightam, who was released on bail after being arrested and charged in February 2017 on federal RICO and narcotics conspiracy charges, FBI officials said.
