Three Caught With Loaded Gun, Drugs, Cash In Area Stop Three men are behind bars after a large amount of drugs and cash, along with a loaded gun, were recovered by state police after a stop on I-84. The discovery occurred after troopers conducted a traffic stop on a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast for several violations of the vehicle and traffic law on Tuesday, April 24 at 9:40 p.m.  As police were interviewing the driver, 45-year-old Fred Agyeman of Frankfort, Kentucky, a strong odor of marijuana was detected emanating from the inside of the vehicle and marijuana plants were visible in the vehicle, police…
