Paid Driver Stole $11K From Victim In Westchester, Police Say A paid driver is facing three felony charges after state police say he stole $11,000 from a victim in Northern Westchester. Troopers received a complaint of fraud from an elderly victim on Friday, March 22. An investigation found three checks totaling $11,000 in US currency were fraudulently withdrawn from her account, state police said. Further investigation found the checks were stolen by 23-year-old Andre Aguilar of Bedford Hills, who then forged the victim’s signature, and deposited the money into his own checking accounts, according to police.
