White Plains Man Busted For DWI After Crashing Into Parked Car A Westchester man was busted driving with a blood alcohol content nearly triple the legal limit in Scarsdale after crashing into a parked car. Members of the Scarsdale Police Department were dispatched to Walworth Avenue shortly before 2 a.m. on July 18, where there was a report of the crash. Upon arrival, officers found White Plains resident Masato Nagatani sitting on the curb with “glassy and bloodshot” eyes. Man Driving Drunk Resists Arrest, Bites Officer In Area A 28-year-old man is behind bars after he punched and bit an area police officer and injured another. Rony Ariel Ramos-Perez of Wappingers Falls was arrested for aggravated DWI, felony assault, resisting arrest, and other charges, around 10 p.m. Saturday, May 19, following a traffic stop, said Town of Poughkeepsie Capt.
