Ramapo Police Search For Fugitive Wanted On Drunken Driving Charge ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Ramapo's police  department is attempting to locate a fugitive wanted in connection with a drunken driving incident in Montebello.Isaias Coyoy, 34, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in May 2015, Ramapo police. At the time of his original arrest, Coyoy stood about 5-foot-2 and weighed about 185 pounds, police said. He has dark hair and dark eyes. Anyone with any information about Coyoy or who may know where he's living is urged to call Ramapo police at 845-357-2400.
