Man In Wheelchair Badly Hurt In Hit-Run Crash In Philadelphia, Police Say A man in a wheelchair was badly hurt after being hit by a runaway driver early Friday, June 21, Philadelphia police say.  The victim was struck near Vine and Franklin streets minutes after midnight, authorities said in a release. Police ID Pizza Delivery Driver Killed In Philadelphia Authorities have named the 29-year-old deliveryman shot and killed in Philadelphia on Thursday, June 20.  Danny Matthews of the 2400 block of Harlan Street was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital, city police said.  He was shot while sitting in the driver's seat of his car on the 2000 block of Ridge Avenue, according to investigators. Authorities said he was the victim of a robbery.  No weapon was recovered from the scene and no arrests had been as of midday Friday, police said. The Homicide Detectives Division is investigating.
