The Bernies boys won four games, tied one and lost their only game when they were edged in the championship-game defensive thriller.

White Plains opened with a 14-6 victory against eventual champion Tarrytown  in round one and followed that with a come-from-behind 12-12 tie versus Cortlandt in the second round, earning the tie on the game's final play. Ryan McPartlan's extra-point run fell one foot short of the winning score.

The Bernies met Westlake in Round 3 and quarterback Anthony Palatucci led the way as running back McPartlan and tight end Jimmy Keenan each scored touchdowns and the Bernies scored two extra points for a 14-6 win. Stephen Quattrochi, Ryan Caserta, McPartlan and Jimmy Keenan led the defense.

The Bernies faced Tuckahoe in the fourth round of the playoffs with the White Plains' boys pulling out an overtime victory. Tuckahoe scored first in overtime, but failed on its extra-point try.

On the Bernies' first overtime possession, McPartlan scored on 20-yard touchdown run but the play was called back on a penalty. McPartlan then ran 17 yards and Joey Justic ran for a first down to get the Bernies in range. Palatucci faked a handoff to his running back and then handed it off on a tight-end reverse to Keenan, who ran it all the way in for a touchdown. McPartlan's extra point put the Bernies into the title game against Tarrytown.

Tarrytown scored once and held on for the 6-0 win in the championship game,
