The Licensed Practical Nursing program gives students both the academic and clinical experience they will need to work in the nursing field. The program offers two options: A 10-month full-time program and a 20-month part-time program.

During their course of study, students will learn about nursing theory, anatomy, medical/surgical nursing, pediatrics, obstetrics and the administration of medicine.

Students who complete the LPN program at BOCES earn a practical nursing license by passing the National Council Licensing Practical Nursing exam.
