White Plains' Former Jell-O Headquarters Gets New Tenants

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Four new tenants are taking over the White Plains offices formerly occupied by General Foods Corporation, the makers of Jell-O, according to an article in "Commercial Observer."

Nearly 30,000 square feet of the 39-acre, 500,000 square foot campus located at 333 Westchester Avenue has been leased to new occupants in the former General Foods space, according to the article.

Insurance brokerage USI and Manhattan-based real estate analytics firm Reis Inc. will occupy 10,000 square feet. Accounting firm Prager Metis CPA's will take up 5,000 square feet. Video surveillance firm USA Vision Systems will occupy 3,200 square feet, according to the article.

The complex was the original relocation headquarters of Jell-O giants General Foods Corporation from the 1950's until the company was bought out by Philip Morris in the 1980's.
