Westchester County is home to some of the area’s nicest properties, but where are houses selling for the highest prices?
Citing data from Houlihan Lawrence, Westchester Magazine has compiled the communities with the highest median home sale prices last year. Countywide, the median house sold for $787,633.698.
The Westchester municipalities with the highest median sale prices last year include:
- Bronxville ($2,237,500);
- Rye ($1,850,000);
- Scarsdale ($1,670,000);
- Larchmont ($1,320,000);
- Harrison ($1,275,000);
- Mamaroneck ($1,200,000);
- Armonk ($1,056,250);
- Irvington ($1,024,999);
- Pelham ($930,000);
- North Castle ($899,500).
- Chappaqua ($849,000);
- Bedford ($825,000) and;
- Briarcliff Manor ($820,000).
