Regional Vice President Joe Monaco has been named Manager of their new flagship White Plains office located at 222 Bloomingdale Road. The new office will specialize in helping customers buy and sell homes throughout the Greater Hudson Valley. They will also offer commercial real estate services and rental services to clients throughout Westchester real estate market.
Monaco is an award-winning sales manager with more than 30 years of real estate experience. In addition to managing the new White Plains branch, he will continue to be the acting Regional Vice President for Westchester County.
JP Endres-Fein, who previously managed the White Plains Office, will be taking over as the Manager of the New City office. A White Plains resident, she served as Secretary Treasurer of New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) in 2012 and was the NYSAR 2010 Realtor of the Year. Endres-Fein is slated to be the 2014 President of NYSAR.
Michelle Coletti has been named the Manager of the Rye office. Coletti is the former Broker Owner of Paddington Stone Realty in White Plains which merged BHG Rand Realty earlier this year.
Veteran real estate Vice President Nick Germak has been promoted to the position of General Sales Manager. Germak joined Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty as a Vice President in 2010. His past responsibilities included the launch of the firm’s four New Jersey offices.
Award-winning Vice President June Stokes has been promoted to the position of Regional Vice President of New Jersey. Before her promotion, Stokes managed BHG Rand Realty’s largest office, their New City branch. In addition to her new role Regional VP, Stokes will also manage the firm’s Nyack real estate office.
