Mayor Roach To Earn Re-election, Democrats Win Big In White Plains
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - With more than 54 percent of districts reporting, incumbent White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach has opened up a sizable lead over challenging Republican Milagros Lecuona.
Shortly after 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning, with 25 of 46 districts reporting, Roach had received 4,370 votes against Lecuona’s 1,756 votes, good for more than 70 percent of the turnout.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach has taken a sizable lead over challenging Republican Milagaros Lecuona with 36 percent of districts reporting as early vote totals start rolling in from Westchester.With 17 of 46 districts reporting, Roach has a commanding lead, garnering 2,789 votes (69 percent) against Lecuona's 1,295 total votes, according to an unofficial tally from the the Westchester County Board of Elections.
