Fengling Qin of Queens was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 31, by the New York State Police for unauthorized practice and prostitution, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
Qin worked at the Ease Spa on Route 82, in the Billings Plaza, in LaGrange after police were contacted by a resident who reported suspicious activity at the spa.
An investigation found the licensed massage business, and its employee, Qin, were engaging in prostitution, Hicks said.
Qin was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of LaGrange Court.
