There were signs like "Immigrants Make America Great," "2/3 Trump's Wives Were Immigrants," "Keep Families Together," and "Westchester Welcomes Immigrants."
Close to 100 people gathered for the fourth "Justice Monday" protest -- many with their kids in tow.
Among those in attendance Sen. George Latimer, State Assemblyman David Buchwald, County Legislators Catherine Borgia and Ken Jenkins and Mayra Hidalgo Salazar, executive director of the Hudson Valley Community Coalition.
The protest was sponsored by The Westchester Social Justice Community. Their rallying cry? "President Trump is not above the law."
A host of speakers, including an immigrant from Port Chester, spoke about the need for residents to speak to their legislators on a local level and press them to pass the immigrant protection act.
There was also discussion about the need to make voting in New York state easier.
