Police in Westchester are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a teenager who has been reported missing by friends and family.
The Mount Vernon Police Department issued an alert for 17-year-old Akira Manning, who was last seen on Thursday, Aug. 26.
At the time she was last seen, Manning was wearing gray spandex pants and a gray shirt. Police said that she has orange hair.
No other descriptive information was provided by the department.
Anyone with information regarding Manning's whereabouts has been asked to contact the Mount Vernon Police Department Detective Division by calling (914) 665-2510 or 911.
