Frankie's Pizza & Pasta is set to open in Briarcliff Manor, at 1872 Pleasantville Rd. within the Chilmark Shopping Center, owners Frank and Michele Dammacco announced in a social media post on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Although an opening date has not yet been revealed, the Dammaccos said the pizzeria is "coming soon."
The eatery results from a passion long held by Frank Dammacco, Michele Dammacco wrote on social media.
"I am so extremely proud of my husband. This has been a longtime dream of his and it is finally coming to fruition," Dammacco wrote, adding, "He is the best human I’ve ever known, he puts everyone before himself, will give the shirt off his back to someone that needs it, runs himself to the ground to be there for the ones he loves & gives his ALL in every single thing he does."
"Now it’s your time babe! It’s your time to put yourself and your dreams first, and to shine like the beautiful soul that you are!" Dammacco continued.
The husband and wife duo chose Briarcliff for their pizzeria because of its "vibrant community, rich history, and for its warm and welcoming spirit," they said.
As they prepare to open the restaurant, they do so with the intent of celebrating togetherness and giving visitors a place to make memories.
"Get ready to eat, laugh, and make memories at Frankie’s Pizza & Pasta! Stay tuned and stay hungry!" Michele Dammacco said.
