WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A former general manager of burger-chain Red Robin filed a lawsuit in White Plains last week against the company alleging they fired him for being gay, according to USA Today.
Brian Stone was let go from the Colorado-based company in October. He is suing for his job back, damages and legal fees, USA Today said.
Both the company and Stone's former regional manager, Louis Tsourovakas were named in the suit, USA Today said.
