37-Year-Old Caught With Unregistered Weapon In Greenville: Police

A 37-year-old man faces a felony charge after being caught with an unregistered gun in Westchester, police announced.

Irvington-on-Hudson resident Stephen Neubauer was arrested on Friday, Nov. 1 following an incident in Greenburgh, the town's police department said on Monday, Nov. 4.

According to Greenburgh Police, officers stopped a vehicle in the Greenville part of town on Friday and recovered an unlicensed and unregistered 9mm handgun inside.

The investigation then resulted in Neubauer's arrest on a charge of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was later arraigned in Greenburgh Town Court.
